Terms of Use

Vendly lets you upload product photos and generate enhanced imagery (background replacement, ghost-mannequin, virtual try-on, and similar tools) and AI-written listing content for online marketplaces. AI output is probabilistic: results can vary between runs and may occasionally contain errors or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing every generated image and text before publishing it anywhere.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or entity per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.

Your uploads stay yours. You retain all ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — including sending it to our AI providers to fulfil your generation requests.

Generated output is yours to use. To the extent we hold any rights in images or text the Service generates for you, we assign and/or licence them to you fully, including for commercial use in your listings and marketing, with no attribution required. You are responsible for ensuring generated content is accurate and lawful before you publish it.

You must have the rights to what you upload. Only upload photos you own or are licensed to use, and of products you genuinely offer. Do not upload photos of identifiable third parties without their permission.

• Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
• Each subscription tier includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. One successful generation consumes one credit; generations that fail are automatically refunded.
• Credit expiration:unused monthly allowance credits do not roll over — your balance resets to your plan's allowance at each renewal. Add-on (top-up) credits persist across renewals but require an active subscription to be used.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time via Manage Subscription; you keep access and remaining credits until the end of the paid period, after which access to generation features ends.
• Upgrading or downgrading takes effect per the checkout flow, and your credit allowance adjusts to the new plan.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before changes affect an active subscription. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights in your country remain unaffected.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create listings for counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or otherwise unlawful goods, or misrepresent an item's brand, authenticity, or condition;
• publish AI-generated descriptions without reviewing them — you are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings you post on marketplaces;
• generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit imagery, or imagery of real people without their consent;
• circumvent, probe, or overload the Service — including scraping, reverse engineering, sharing accounts to pool credits, exploiting the credit system, or accessing the API other than through the product;
• violate any marketplace's own rules or any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with credits forfeited in cases of abuse or fraud.

Vendly is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, Shopify, or any other marketplace. Publishing content to those platforms is subject to their terms, and brand names shown in example content belong to their respective owners.

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as intended while your account is in good standing.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that outputs will be error-free, or any particular commercial outcome (including sales performance of your listings). Nothing in this section limits warranties that cannot be excluded under your local law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent or gross negligence) remain unaffected.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or extended non-payment. Upon termination, Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the Service is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will announce material changes on this page (and by email for significant changes) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
